TODAY:
For starters i think by next week i will run out of titles for my blog posts😂. Anyway today we went to a cave like spot and it was 56ºf. Then there was lots of walls and there would be projectors everywhere and the images would project on these walls. It was very cool!👍 There where 2 short films that where each projected on the walls... One of the films was about 3 very well known painters. The next film was about fish and there would be fish all along the walls and in this room you did not sit, there where benches, but you could walk anywhere you like and it would project on the ceiling, floor, and walls. There was also a theater where one sort film was playing and it was about a guy who got staged in the back by a statue and then became blind. (it was not true) After the place that projected films we got back in the car and rode to the top of a mountain and took some pictures of the place we went to yesterday. (i will talk about yesterday later in the text).
YESTERDAY:
Yesterday we went to a old fortress but this fortress unlike the other ones is not full in the building part it is missing one side and all of the floors. In the other parts it had fields with all of the weapons they used to protect their fortress. We had an audio guide that told us what everything was and you could climb up to the top of the wall.
Climbing Up The Wall:
To climb up the wall there where 2 staircases that you could chose from 1 was a little more steep and hard. The other one was a little easier. My dad took the harder staircase which me and my mom where surprised because both of his nees have been hurting really badly. My mom took the slightly easier staircase because her shoulder has been bothering her. I took the slightly easier staircase because of a little accident i had (i will tell you about it later).
Later Today:
Before we came back to our B+B we went to an olive oil place and we drove by it the first time and the gate was closed and the second time we by it the gate was open so we went in. The woman said that they where not aloud to have guests at their place in the crushing season because the sound it too loud! She told us the gate was open because her sister had just gone out and we drove by it right when it was open. She told us she did not have a lot of time but she would tell us about the olives and the oil and about what she did an how to do it. She also told us that her business was a family business and she worked with her parents and her sister. She gave us 15-20 minutes of her time but she had to keep going back to the room where they where grinding to supervise the process. We bought three things because we thought it was sweet that she gave us a lot of time.
My Accident:
At the bottom of the building part it is a large hill/mountain and it is very rocky. And i tripped on a rock and kind of twisted and it hurt my back so i was in a lot of pain.
